Intertech helps customer to check their cap parts design for making the real mold possibility or not, especially checking for the cap hinge design, hinge open and close movement steps in mold and cap ejection…etc.
In order to make longer mold life time, we suggest customer to use stainless steel for mold steel. For the fast molding cycle, we use beryllium copper around the mold core and cavity components to save the molds cooling time.

For our flip top cap mold, it will take around 6-8 weeks time to submit T1 samples to you. Before molds export, we will disassemble all mold components for final checking. Then, we will assemble the mold again with mold assemble instruction manual and video for customer’s further operation.
